US CUSTOMERS READ ME
IMPORTANT: SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES (DELIVERY DUTY PAID - DDP)
To provide a hassle-free delivery experience and ensure you face no surprise fees from customs or your carrier, all US orders now include a flat-rate charge for Duties, Taxes, and Pre-paid Brokerage (DDP) at checkout. Letter mail (stickers and small prints) is unaffected.
What This Means:
- No Surprise Bills: The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
- Refund Guarantee: If the actual postage and official customs fees are lower than the amount collected, we will automatically process a refund for the difference to your original payment method. If the final cost of fees and shipping exceed the flat rate, we will notify you and automatically process a refund for your order and the shipping cost. Any small prints and stickers will still be sent via letter mail and these items will be subtracted from your refund.
We understand this is quite a significant change. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate new international shipping requirements to deliver your items safely and compliantly.

I run the store from Gadigal (Sydney), Australia!
Can I find you in a physical location?
I will occasionally participate in a Sydney market or event, please check the 'upcoming events' section on the home page!
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Your order will be packed and sent out for shipping within 1-5 business days.
How will my items be packed/shipped?
free shipping on domestic orders $70+!
- Untracked letter mail - stickers, bookmarks, small prints (square, A6, A5)
- Rigid mailer - A4 & A3 prints
- Upcycled packaging - everything else!
Your items may be packaged differently depending on your order. Often packaging will contain upcycled components when possible. Let's help protect the environment! 🌿
Letter mail does not include tracking. This is done to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
I will not refund lost orders sent by letter mail. Once I give them to the post office, it is out of my control, so please double check your address and details when you make your order.
If any orders are returned to me, I will contact you as soon as possible through your given contact details. If there is no reply after 5 business days, I will refund your order (excluding shipping fees) and you can make a new order.
When will I get my order?
Australia: within 1-2 weeks
New Zealand/U.S/U.K: 15+ business days
Rest of world: 25+ business days

Customs/Taxes/Fees
The customer is responsible for any customs fees/taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays or losses that may occur due to customs.
I always try my best to estimate correct shipping fees. For US customers, please read the "US CUSTOMERS READ ME" section.
Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
I will only take refunds/exchanges/cancellations if I haven't shipped your order! Send me a message here or on my social media below with your order number and details!
Care Instructions
Stickers are made of glossy sticker paper and hand laminated for extra durability. They are water resistant, however for best longevity keep dry and out of sunlight.
Sticker sheets are made of matte vinyl sticker paper and best for paper goods/indoor use. They are not as durable as individual die-cut stickers.
Prints and bookmarks are made of cardstock or premium watercolour paper (check individual listings). For best longevity, keep out of sunlight and away from liquids. Watercolour prints are NOT water resistant/proof at all, please do not expose to any liquids as it will ruin the art.
Keychains may have a protective film over the acrylic charm which can be peeled off. Any beads are added by hand; please be gentle when handling.

Why do you have two stores? What is The Honey Mustard Club? 🍯
The Honey Mustard Club was the first online store that I opened, before AbracaDeborah!
Comprised entirely of original art, The Honey Mustard Club is an immersive fantasy world that I created inspired by cosy games and fictional stories.
I created AbracaDeborah after realising that I wanted to be able to explore my art more without being confined to one type of style/demographic. I also decided to adopt this moniker so I could focus on sharing my small business journey and growth as an artist, outside of The Honey Mustard Club.
AbracaDeborah focuses on my journey towards becoming a full-time artist, whereas The Honey Mustard Club is an individual brand that I've built focusing on a specific vision and style. Expect limited edition pieces and fan-art on AbracaDeborah, and more permanent collections aimed towards gamers and cosy adventurers on The Honey Mustard Club.
p.s. sometimes I will move/integrate items from AbracaDeborah to The Honey Mustard Club once I feel they have run their course here, but I will always try my best to announce this migration!
